What phenomenal service! I found a Western Diamondback rattlesnake just outside our front door late Monday evening (almost stepped on it). Michael, from Animal Experts, arrived within 15 minutes of my phone call to remove and relocate our evening visitor. Michael, from Animal Experts, was professional, courteous, happy to answer all of our questions about our late night visitor, and we were absolutely delighted with his fast response time to our call for help. Last night Michael was able to quickly locate, contain and relocate a rattlesnake in our garage amidst a heap of stuff. We are deeply grateful for his coming very soon, removing the snake and bringing us of peace of mind. We highly recommend him.

Jade was the one who came to remove a snake from inside my home. He was so knowledgeable, and I could tell he really cares for wildlife. He arrived within 15 minutes of making the call. There was a little mix-up after calling the fire department about which reptile removal company was supposed to respond, so although it was supposed to be another company, Jade still came to my house out of the kindness of his heart to help me.
