When the bat slid between the cabinet and the wall in the 1” space, we were afraid he’d die back there. A quick call to Jeff and he was at our door in minutes. He had the right lights and tools, and in just a few minutes more, the little guy was on his way to freedom. I hope we don’t have to call Jeff again, but I’m really glad I know who to call.
For some unknown reason a Gila Monster decided to set up lodging in my garage. My health insurance isn't that good, so I called Jeff. He came within the hour, removed Mr. Monster and did it respect and compassion. I highly recommend these folks. Steve - Green Valley, AZ
It's a shame that I can only leave 5 starts for this review, because I'd like to give more. Found a snake in the back yard on a Sunday. I know nothing about snakes so they are all dangerous to me, even the safe ones. I called these guys at around 10 in the morning and they were great. Said they would have someone out there soon. 2 minutes later I get a call from Cass and she's on her way. A total of about 18 minutes after the call Cass showed up.
