Very rude staff the night of 10/30/2022. Employees could definitely use some customer service training. Absolutely awful. It’s pretty sad when one employee has to apologize for another employees behavior. After the way they treated us as human beings, I would hate to see the way they treat animals. 1 star is generous. I wish there was an option for ZERO.

This place only cares about the money all they kept saying Was estimates, they wanted 2400 to put a few stitches in my dogs paw. They don’t care about the animal they care about the money. They spent more time writing up the estimate than looking at my dog.

Got me and sick pup in right away. Offered me a couple different treatment courses. price was as expected for an ER. They are very good at telling you the office visit cost up front and giving you pricing before treatment. The Dr. was very nice and answered all my questions.
Had an emergency with my best friend Kali. She was well taken care of and they actually care at this place.... you are not just another patient...
Words can’t express the gratitude for the thoughtfulness of this condolence. As a former Peds ICU nurse, I’ve helped parents grieve with hand/foot prints... but I honestly never expected a Vet/Vet techs who just met us and Magnolia to understand our loss.
It was very clear in the middle of the night that my elderly dog would not make it through the night and would die in pain. We called our closest ER vet hospital in Port Charlotte only to be told that they couldn't see us for 3 hours. My husband found Animal ER of SW FL and they helped my dog get to the Rainbow Bridge compassionately. I then received a card in the mail from them along with his nose print. It helped so much during such a difficult time. Highly recommend!
