I brought in my 12 year old cat Scout, recently diagnosed as diabetic and started on insulin, at the recommendation of my regular vet after she stopped eating and drinking and was displaying signs of extreme lethargy. She ended up requiring 24hr hospitalization, and it was so hard for me to leave her here, but I also had a sense that she was in good hands. This emergency vet clearly took good care of her and stabilized her, which I will be forever appreciative of. They installed a 15-day glucose monitor for me to track her g... read more

2 times I've found baby animals hurting or close to dying and both times they offered to euthanize the baby without attempting to help or even check the animal. Would never recommend. Horrible horrible horrible place. They obviously thrive off killing animals and just like the medical industry they are sell outs. Disgusting they are open. I guarantee you they are subsidized by the government. GOD has a special place for the people that work here.

My husband and I were there on Saturday for our little boy, a Scottish straight. I must admit, we felt a little out of place, as, it was our first visit and Brandy made us and our little boy feel very comfortable and we felt assured he would be in good hands. Wait was a little long, but, it IS the ER. They did not have cash to return change amount by the way and it would be refunded via mail in the form of a cheque, so, cards more encourged if you prefer cashless. Thank you.

Instead of feeling like my pet was the priority, I spent approximately four hours waiting while he was suffering. After finally speaking with the veterinarian, I was presented with treatment options costing roughly $9,100, or an alternative for about $7,500. Before they would begin treatment, they wanted payment up front. I unde... read more

We walked in with an emergency with our old male cat and everyone was so nice! They explained everything thoroughly and allowed us to ask questions. They gave us options and allowed us the autonomy. They put us in our own room to wait with a cute little pet name plate on the door for Bruce. While we were blessed for our situation to not be an emergency after all, we totally understood the need for the team to treat the other animals while we waited. We were prepared to wait as we didnt have an appointment and it is a triage ... read more
