I came with my puppy the other night because he was acting very strange. Come to find out he had had got into some edibles we had. Good thing the vet and techs knew exactly what to do a got my pup some fluids and he was brand new after a good nap. One vet tech stood out to me, Gary. His glowing personality really reassured me that my pup was gonna be okay! We need more people in the world like Gary.
The Animal ER of Northwest Houston was AMAZING! From the moment Moxie and I stepped foot into the lobby I felt a sense of calm. From the initial check with the vet tech to the doctor checking Moxie they always got on her level (corgi level) and never forced or caused her to be scared. Really appreciated the care little Bentley got while in their care! I arrived and was very panicked about his condition and the receptionist quickly had a technician come up and triage him. Once the tech looked at his gums (which is why I was panicking, they were extremely pale) she calmly took him to the back to be immediately assessed and came back up to go over the plan and provided an easy to understand cost breakdown.
