This place is amazing!! My labradoodle (Chloe) received amazing care!!! Everyone was great both time we came!!!!!
We came into the ER with our dog with eye trauma. The front desk team member, Erin, was calm, kind, and compassionate. We had our son with us and she made sure he had things to play with, water and a snack. Although we had a longer wait time (due to 4 traumas and 3 passing over the rainbow bridge), we felt taken care of and heard. The team followed up in the morning and had already sent our paperwork to our vet making it easy to get a follow up appt.
Brought my Pug in after we thought she was having a seizure! Man were they on it. The staff Dr. Mojani Chloe, Gary and Jenna were amazing. They were so good with our pet. I really appreciate all they did. I hope i dont have to bring her back....but in case of an emergency I would definitely come back here.
We had an emergency with our dog who was having puppies; one got stuck, but she ended up delivering it on the way to the hospital along with a second one. Mama wasn't severing the umbilical cords (she was really upset). Normally, we would assist with that but we didn't have any of our tools with us. We got mama and pups inside the building where she had 2 more puppies. There were 4 women in the back with us.
