Second time we had to go to Animal ER of NW Houston for an emergency late at night for one our dogs. This ER Hospital is amazing. They are very friendly and were able to help in our emergency without any hesitation. As much as we don’t want to go to an ER vet hospital, I would definitely go to this location again. They even filed our claim with Trupanion to save us time and gave us one less thing to worry about during this stressful situation. Great experience both times.
Animal ER of Northwest Houston calmed my nerves and helped heal my baby boy. There were different financial options in case you don’t have it all up front which is helpful. I felt truly cared for from the staff and trusted them completely 10/10 recommend
Ugh, our newest German Shepherd decided to ingest a large quantity of Simparica and she began to hallucinate worse than a hippie at a Grateful Dead concert. I called the ASPCA poison control number and they advised that she would need to be seen by a vet. Being that it was the weekend and we have used AERoNW before with positive results, we brought our girl in. We were checked in quickly on a Saturday evening and brought back promptly to a room. Came to this clinic with my friend's dog in distress. They were amazing!! From the first encounter with the tech, Joey, who was so thorough and compassionate... then we were asked if we'd like to go back to Dr Turner for the exam. . .. I love the fact that they allow you to "be with your pet" during the exam, especially in an ER facility. He was extremely gentle with Roxy, and explained everything to us as he examined her... This place did awesome with my dog. After so many regular vet visits about his sneezing, we ended up here. I actually felt heard and finally addressed the issue.
