E.R.? ONLY FOR THE RICH! I rushed my Dog to the Animal ER Care Hospital on North Nevada Avenue because he was having what we thought was a Seizure. According to A/I and all of his symptoms this was what was happening! They made it very clear at the front desk that they do not make payment arrangements and that you must have Cash or Credit! Thank you for saving Brahmas life. Everyone was amazing, especially Dr Heche. The gentleness we were all treated with, the checking in by multiple staff and the extremely thorough breakdown of his followup care needed. They saved his life, he would of died without them.
We just took our dog to Animal ER Care, LLC. in COS. There was a bit of a wait but overall they were great. They were very kind and compassionate, walked us though the issue and what our options were. Then provide clear after care instructions. From the receptionist and vet techs to the doctor herself. They were professional, compassionate, and efficient. I hope your pet gets better soon.
Kindness, compassion and integrity is their moto. It's a great moto and they probably live up to it. If you're not black that is. Sat there for 5 hours before they told me they wouldn't be able to help me. My dog had a dislocated shoulder and they refused to help him because they didn't like the color of my dad's skin. 2 hours after we arrived, another dog came in with a leg issue as well. I am currently sitting in a tiny 8'×8' treatment room with no windows. It took over three hours just to get this sad room. During that entire time, we were repeatedly told there was only one patient ahead of us, yet multiple other pets who did not appear to have more urgent conditions were taken back before my dog.
