Our lab met a porcupine and we had to rush in. It was really quick to get in considering it's an emergency room! And every staff member was incredibly helpful and friendly and very transparent every step of the way. Very friendly and calm staff
I was super impressed with the short waiting time, quick attention to my pup's needs, being in and out of your clinic within 90 minutes, and the much lower cost than anticipated! I really liked the vet we saw. I cannot recall her name though. But she was so kind and good about explaining pup's condition and home care instructions. My 1 year old dachshund went into anaphylactic shock while we were on vacation 12 hours from home. When we came in they helped us immediately and were able to get my dog stable right away. It was terrifying and I don’t know what I would have done if it wasn’t for this amazing team taking the best care of my boy.
From the very first interaction to the very last, this was by far the most professional, empathetic, and competent experience. They treated my daughter's miniature dachshund's anaphylaxis reaction quickly with calmness. I witnesses how they not only treat their furry patients, but the family as well. As a 20+ year healthcare leader, I could only hope to work in a place run as well.
Thank you so much for getting our girl home so we could have a little more time Stabilizing her, the bedside manner of every single person that works there
