Very caring and knowledgeable staff. Luckily my dog emergency had a very happy ending. Will not hesitate to use their services in future when needed.
Dr Jennifer Price was attentive, and showed knowledge on what exams to order. I was very satisfied with the care we received The ER technician was excellent. Gave great care, and was very gentle with my sick dog. Communication on what the next steps were was great. I felt my dog received the best care in that moment of need
Kayle and Erin were both great. Gave me options, facilitated the next step for additional care, and stayed late to help.
They were friendly and compassionate when it was time to put my pupper down. Chris was amazing and very kind. Thank you. I recommend this place for all your pet needs.
I brought my German shepherd in due to a GI issue, and Dr. Dixon and Mel both provided impeccable care to her. Dr. Dixon did not push for more invasive diagnostics, and recommended a treatment plan that was appropriate for my pup's condition. They were both informative, professional and kind. My wait was about 1h before my pup began receiving services, which is to be expected in an emergency environnent when more critical patients could come through the door at any time.
