Everyone was really nice. Things were explained well and they answered all of our questions
I took my dog to this clinic on Feb 23 after I was unable to get into the Animal ER on North Nevada. My appointment was at 1pm and I wasn’t seen until two hours later. I almost left and then Dr. Thielmann appeared. She examined my dog after I showed her a video of him experiencing an acute event. She examined him and I asked her about bloodwork and x-rays, She didn’t think it was necessary because he appeared to be feeling better and said my vet could perform those tasks. I brought my baby in and they treated her and I with the up most care and respect. The staff is amazing and kind. Most importantly they really understand the love for your furry family. I recommend Animal Care to everyone.

I came in to have my pet rat put down. She was doing poorly, and it was just time. The kindness, the softness, the patience, and the understanding they treated us with in this difficult situation is more than I could have asked for. Each and every member of staff treated my baby with the dignity she deserved. They handled her with so much care, and if they can do that for a pet that is commonly looked down upon, trust they will do the same for your pets as well.
