Excellent service! This was our first visit to this animal hospital. Our new puppy swallowed a hair scrunchy on Canada Day, and it could have caused an intestinal blockage. We we rushed her to the OAESH. They took us in right away and induced vomiting. Everything turned out great! Really impressed with the staff and service at this hospital.

I honestly cannot say enough good things about this place. They were so compassionate, empathetic and caring when I had to rush my cat there at the wee hours of the morning on a holiday! The vet I had validated my feelings during a stressful time and was so thorough with her examination. I am seriously so grateful for this team. Thank you again for treating not only treating me with respect but my sick pet. 11/10 for this place!

Every staff member I encountered was supportive and clearly cared about my dog. They went over all options with me and were very clear about cost the entire time they are also still privately owned and not a big chain! I found their prices to be similar to my regular vet and it felt like I was going in to a regular vet with the added bonus of knowing they will be able to to everything needed in one place!
