Recently we have had two occasions to use the clinic. Both times the staff was wonderful. We were prepared for long waits and were seen promptly. The staff was very caring and compassionate.
This place is wonderful! I have not had to visit yet , but just a phone call on an emergency situation they were extremely helpful! They were concerned for the well being of my dog, NOT for making money off of someone. Unfortunately that happened to me at a different emergency place, they wouldn't even talk to me about it, yet already had my dogs records. They just wanted the copay!!! My lab puppy Rogue was very ill last night 12hrs later and he is back to normal. Thank you to the entire staff for taking good care of my little guy. I highly recommend them for emergencies.
My daughter brought Marshall her sweet cat in. She said the vet was fantastic but the girl behind the desk had no compassion. If she's that heartless why would she want to work there and why did they hire her.
I think these people are professional and care deeply for pets. I would highly recommend them.
