To many charges there's no way I can afford to save my pet now after they took all my money... They killed my cat and wouldn't even take my phone call to talk about it. These people are horrible.
Their pricing was outrageously high. I was shocked and appalled at how much the bill was when it was time to pay. The veterinarian wouldn't even allow me to stay with my pet the whole time. They took my terrified pet to a different room and I couldn't go with for some reason. My pet would have been much calmer If they had allowed me to go. I felt bad for my pets because they were so anxious to leave, I've never experienced a reaction like that before. The veterinarian didn't even do anything to try to calm them down. I wish I had seen these reviews before I brought my cat there to be spayed. She caught feline Parvovirus while there and was dead a week later. They won't return my phone calls to discuss what they did. How disgusting they are!!! How can you dare to say you provide compassionate care??? Anyone who has had a good experience with them better count their blessings and run. Because their hospital isn't cleaned properly, the virus remained alive and my cat came in contact with it while there for surgery. Or worse, they claim to b... read more

They fully explained my pet's condition. When I left I knew exactly what my pet has and what treatments are available. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.
