My dog swallowed something poisonous. I called this place who said to call poisonous control. Poison control said to bring them to the this place. It was an hour plus drive. We checked them in the drive up in hopes of expediting the process. They made us wait 2 hours (it wasn't busy) before being seen. Signs said not to let your pet drink water. Dogs were stressing. They finally saw us, took another hour to do blood draws and more waiting without water. They never did any treatment for my dogs eating poison I took them home ... read more

My dog was hyperventilating and sounded congested, and called as the website said open 24 hours. They’re not. They need to change website!!!

Waited over 3 hours for these people to open up their “emergency services”. (Called other places as my dog ate quite a few grapes) to be met with a woman who was treating me incredibly incompetent and as if I was getting belligerent with her where as I was merely explaining how I’ve already called my doctor and many others. 10/10 would box this woman.
