They were rude to me wouldn't answer any of my ? Charged me way more then another vet would If I was you I wouldn't take my pet there no matter what
they were very kind & caring when i brought my little pug in for a torn nail.
It's a great place for your pets and they are protected there. It's a place to go and not worry so much about what kind of care that they r getting.
I can't say enough about the good care that our 5 year old cat received at Animal Emergency Clinic. She had to have emergency surgery and was sooo scared, she is definitely a scaredy cat and very timid. The office staff and the vet and everyone else that worked with her and tried to calm her were awesome. When we went back last night to have her staples removed, everyone just fussed over her and were glad to see her again. I'm not sure SHE was happy to be there, but she was a lot calmer for this trip. I have nothing but great things to say about the care the staff at Animal Emergency Clinic gave to our family and Haley during her last days. From the office staff to the vet herself, everyone was unbelievably helpful, understanding and supportive.
