We made an appointment (non-emergency) based on the recommendation of a co-worker. We were unhappy with our current vet and the recommendations they had made regarding our very elderly cat and her frequent constipation issues. We requested that AEC get most recent lab work from our previous vet. At our AEC appointment we were told that nearly $500 of lab work would be required, despite the fact that these same tests had been done less than two weeks ago at our other vet. The best we could offer you was an appointment with a different Veterinarian and that was refused. You did disclose the information of your regular veterinarian and it is our responsibility to inform them of your visit with us. We do care about our clients and our patients and did actually follow up with your regular veterinarian who told us Dulce was currently with them. We wish her a speedy recovery.
It was a very positive experience. Dr Williams and Melissa were great with Daisy.
Great service, they let you be with your pup at all times very upfront with the diagnosis not unnecessarily scare you with wrong diagnosis. Upfront and clear on the charges and very reasonable with it as well considering is a 24 hour emergency vet. Definitely recommend!
Excellent vet who is very knowledgable and really cares about the animals!!! I would highly recommend him.
