Took my dog there as she was vomiting blood. They put her in an oxygen cage but did not examine her for over 3 hours, they only did something after I questioned them about her condition. Did xrays and bloodwork but left her another 3 hours without treatment. Finally transfered her to a vet in toronto....she was tested at the new hospital within an hour and a half they confirmed poisoning from rodenticide. My husband and I brought our cat Tommy, in last week because he was vomiting and had diarrhea. The staff were very kind and, even though it was incredibly difficult to leave him there while they ran tests on him, we knew it had to be done to figure out what was wrong with him. It did take a little while to get an update, but I understand they had more serious cases that required immediate attention. They gave him some fluids and medications to take home. A month ago this clinic saved my dog. I couldn’t ask for better staff and doctors. One night I went in to say goodbye the next day my dog made his emergency surgery ! Im so forever thankful for all of you. The lady at the desk (I believe with glasses if I remember correctly) helped me tremendously when I couldnt figure out money on a Sunday night to pre pay for the surgery. She was extremely patient, helped me for hours going back and forth on email and phone about Lendcare etc. What an absolute great human being!!! May you ... read more
Our family dog had to be euthanized and the staff were extremely compassionate and patient. They let my family have all the time and privacy we needed to say goodbye. The staff also provided my daughter with a paw and nose print. We really appreciated the kindness and support received from the staff on such a hard day.
