We had to bring our cat to the emergency vet today after eating part of a lily plant. He was seen right away and treated with care, despite his aggression. After treatment, the bill was completely reasonable, which is something you don’t expect from an emergency vet! We paid just over $450 for induced vomiting and activated charcoal. I know for a fact, other vet clinics would have charged well over this amount. Thank you very much for today’s visit. We truly appreciate it so much.
The doctor was very nice, helpful and informative but the staff working desk and answering the phone overnight seem to be dismissive, and kept interrupting when I was trying to ask a question assuming they knew what I wanted to ask and hung up on me. I understand I was emotional but this is an emergency vet please have more sympathy towards emotional patients.
Very disappointed with the care my dog received at this clinic. I brought in my 9.5-year-old lab around 10 a.m. because she was lethargic, dehydrated, and clearly unwell. The staff assured me she’d be looked after and said I could leave until the doctor was ready. Hours went by without an update. I returned around 3:30 p.m., still with no information, and only received a call just after 5 p.m.—while I was already sitting in the waiting room.
