A Wonderful Emergency Care Experience I brought my cat to the emergency clinic last night, and I’m very grateful that he received prompt and effective treatment. The entire team was incredibly caring, professional, and knowledgeable. They took the time to assess my cat carefully, explain everything clearly, and made us feel reassured during a very stressful situation. The compassion this emergency vet gave us was incredible. Our sweet boy has a bladder issue and foot infection, we were in and out within an hour and they only did what was necessary. They didn’t waste our money with unnecessary testing, they genuinely took great care of our boy. Thank you so much. Especially front desk, Kenzie.
On Monday evening I brought our sweet Gem to the Animal Emergency Clinic of Durham Region. We had been taking her to our normal vet recently for a concerning cough she had developed, but this was a sudden emergency episode outside of their business hours. I can’t say enough how amazing this place is. The staff were exceptional, compassionate, knowledgeable and kind when dealing with my sick cat. Thank you to the wonderful staff for saving my cat! I wish the best to everyone there!
Update: changing my review. Staffing has gone down hill. Doctors are still alright but admin and vet techs are problematic. Vet techs ive seen being incredibly rude to people coming in, in distress...admins not following up on admin work. ..................... Its always a nightmare when I have to go to an emergency clinic not only because its usually a serious problem but because Im terrified Im about to be bankrupt.
