The vet and staff at the clinic did a great job of taking care of our pet when she recently passed away. They were very cognizant of the fact that not everyone can afford everything that they suggested and provided estimates at every step along the way to be sure of what we were willing to pay for (in our case, everything). The vet was really sweet with our dog and very kind to us. I was never left in the dark when my pet had to stay in overnight care here. This veterinarian is so thoughtful when it comes to keeping owners fully informed on their pets condition and making follow-up calls exactly when promised. I have complete confidence in their ability to successfully diagnose and treat my pet with any ailment they might have. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. My pets love it here and they are never anxious to leave (however it could be due to all the fun treats they get) .
If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. My pets love it here and they are never anxious to leave (however it could be due to all the fun treats they get) .
