Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! When your pet had to stay in overnight care did this veterinarian call you with follow-ups when they promised they would? Yes, they called right on time Was this veterinarian gentle when caring for your pet? Yes, they always demonstrate care and compassion Was there a designated area for your dog to go to the bathroom? No, but there was a little grass outside the office so it was fine

Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else Did this veterinarian seem overwhelmed with too many pets? Yes, he/she didn't spend too much time with me Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? No, I wasn't impressed Did this veterinarian fully explain your pet's condition? No, I left frustrated and confused Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? I had to wait for a little while.

Yes Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? No, they take every concern of mine seriously Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent
