My experience was excellent. Everyone on the entire staff was so warm, concerning for my pet and very helpful to my needs. Over and over again, they bent over backwards and far and beyond what anyone can expect from such a wonderful staff and facility. I highly recommend Animal Emergency Clinic for your pets. I am a very satified customer to say the least
I can not thank them enough, I went in with my kitten who had a 105 fever and swollen neck out of nowhere in the middle of the night and they were able to get her in immediately and I took her home the same night with her already feeling better. Our little kiwi may not be here today without their help and urgency.
This was my first time bringing my cat here and my experience was excellent. Incredible service and customer care; they know their job. I highly recommend them!
I took my baby in , 2500 up front . I left no call all day . I called with hesitation they said she stable , doctor would call . 2 hours later said she was fighting for her life . What !!!! $5500 treatment . I ran up there . Spoke to the doctor confused . A lot of questions that didn’t make sense . I went to signed & he came in told me she was dead . I will never forget . They talked mumbo jumbo saying the cat needed additional testing, x-rays ran the bill to $4700 no compassion at all horrible bed side manners ,cold hearted robots playing on your love for your child (cat)
