RecommendedMy husband and I both work long hours and it can be difficult to get a quick appointment in with our usual vet. We’ve taken our lab Charlie here twice, and both times have had a great experience. The front desk people and vets have been very kind and thorough. I appreciate the services and the late hours they put in!
Very disappointed that this emergency clinic is not truly “emergency” as they are not open 24/7. No one wants to deal with an emergency on a weekend or holiday, but it’s a reality that happens. Having options in Indianapolis, Evansville, and Bloomington is not good enough in an emergency. Very disappointed that there is not even an on call vet to speak to. (Not from the area, so “calling our vet for emergency care” is not a viable option)
I will never ever ever take my dog back... took her in for an emergency and they let her wait almost 2 hours before tending to her. As a result we lost 2 of her puppies. Almost lost a 3 rd puppy and had I left it there would have.
What a bunch of crap their not even open. Why have a clinic if your not going to be their
Gianni is much, much better and resting today after spending the night at Animal Emergency Clinic. Thank you for saving his life, he is very important to us.
We had the best care tonight with our dog. We were in and out in a timely manner. Affordable pricing and very sweet staff. I am very pleased and recommend them!
