Good care in difficult time Had to take our cat here after apparantly being hit by a car. Very professional and helpful staff that worked with us during a difficult time.
Great in a time of sorrow Unfortunately, one kitten escaped our home and was hit by a car. This location did their very best to make sure our girl wasn't in pain and made sure we were completely aware of the situation. In my time of hysterics, they were very pleasant and comforting. A week later, we received a card telling how sorry they were for out loss.
not so helpful I took my puppy here after he had been limping and yelping. The yelping sounded like he was in extreme pain so I decided to take him to this emergency care place. The lady who talked to us was completely unprofessional and unhelpful. She basically told us that the puppy was over exaggerating and it was probably fine. She was NOT a vet and had no means to determine if anything was in fact wrong. Instead of checking the animal out just to be sure, she turned us down. I would never use this service again.
