Best Emergency Vet in Town – We really appreciate all that the staff did for our dog. All staff took time to explain things to us and answer all of our millions of questions. The are so caring towards our special guy. They are awesome and I will definately use them again if we need them.
The most expensive clinic I have ever seen – Went there with a sick dog who was hemorrhaging. Had to spend six hours waiting on the ONE vet on duty. My time was mostly spent trying to negotiate a cheaper care plan. The clinic wanted nearly $6,000 to care for the dog for 48 hours! Others in the waiting room had similar experiences. A woman who waited over five hours was shocked at a $4,000+ bill to care for her sick cat. My dog died less than two hours after treatment began!
Very Happy! – Every aspect! The doctors and staff were all equally attentive and exceeded my expectations! They saved my dog's life (diagnosed with HGE). I have never encountered such excellent vet care! I have recommended this hospitatl to everyone I know! Absolutely OUTSTANDING! I didn't know care like this existed! The doc called us at 1am with an update and to make sure we understood everything, and encouraged questions. How refreshing!
Best Emergency Clinic in Houston – I have multiple pets(3 dogs and 4 cats) and have on different occasions had to take them to the emergency clinics in the Houston area. The last two times I have taken them to the Animal Emergency Center of West Houston. There is no comparison between this emergency clinic and the others I have been to. Not Happy At All!!! – I sat in a room for 45 minutes waiting for someone to see my Chihuahua who had just been attacked by a big dog. Someone walked in the room and said oh I'm sorry I didn't know you were here. Well the receptionist put me in the room so he obviously didn't communicate to someone that we were there. The lady who walked in the room and said she didn't know we were there said that the name hadn't been changed on the dry erase board. Then I left my dog with them to have surgery.
