We took our dog Timber in on 8/2/17 with a rattlesnake bite. He was bitten in the mouth and on the foot. He killed the snake which was huge. We have been pleased with the staff and treatment he received. We have been able to visit with him each day whenever we wanted to. Hopefully he'll go home tonight or tomorrow.
This place is a complete shit show! The front desk staff are horrible. They don't answer the phone half the time. I never received any update phone calls and when I would try to call, no one would pick up half the time. If they weren't the only AEC around, I would never use them! I'm thankful my cat is okay, but seriously they have a lot to work on customer service wise, starting with hiring more competent people and buying a cordless phone �
The staff is very friendly and got us back quickly, it was pretty much empty though. They make you pay the entrance fee before treatment and give you an estimate to sign before further treatment. We have been here twice before and they took care of us both times. Overall, great vet!
Friendly & knowledgeable staff. Kept us updated and aware.
