I brought a cat in who got hit by a car and this place did nothing!! They had us waiting over an hour just to say they can’t do anything! Now I’m at home with a cat bleeding out of his mouth and road rash all over his face and body! I’ll never go back here and make sure anyone I know doesn’t either!! They don’t care about the animals!!
Told my daughter the doctor just passed away and their going to sell the business so their trying get as much money out of people that they can. Nice huh! That's why they are charging her 776.00 to take care of her dog. I get it and emergency visit is a lot, she gave them 500.00 because she had no other place to go get her dog looks at. Then basically told her that if she's not gonna care for her dog she should just put him down!
I'd heard good things about this office for emergency care and cost. It was them or Blue Pearl this morning when Kanji started having her vestibular episode and I chose them. They were great! Easy going, good bedside manner and didn't cost an arm and a leg as sometimes emergency vets can. It's about the same distance as the nearest Blue Pearl from the house so will use them in the future for sure if during non office hours at our regular vet. Thank you for your care and knowledge!
Dr M. was kind and compassionate. I'm so sorry to hear of his passing!
