⭐️ 1 Star — Absolutely Terrible Experience Three hours just to be seen. We waited two hours to get into a room and then another hour before the vet actually came in. For an emergency clinic, the wait was frustrating, but the staff’s attitude and lack of competence were much worse. Our technician was rude, clearly hated her job, and seemed to have very little knowledge of veterinary medicine. I had called up here prior to going and was told that we could accept or deny any chargers for treatment. When we arrived we were waiting for about an hour an half before the doctor came in and told us that he was too stressed and trying to attack, and being aggressive. My cat is not aggressive.. also said that he wasn’t gagging but they also didn’t seem to really be paying attention to him when we had gone back. Good morning my name is Cindy Sager, My sister, Fran Capizzi, and Randy savage. We took Sasha to the animal emergency in Dacula last night. She has been very sick with a bladder infection and not eating at all. We took her in when we noticed that she could not stand up no longer. And my sister, Fran and Randy had to put her down. After a terrible accident and scare with my sweet baby Gus everyone treated us with kindness,concern, and a full detailed plan to his recovery. They even allowed me to bring his toy for him to sleep with. When I called 10 times the next day when he was still admitted they immediately took care of any questions I had without making me feel like I was annoying them or being over the top.
