We took our dog here at 1 am in the morning. He was very sick. We waited an hour while they were 'working up an estimate for diagnostics'. The receptionist was hiding behind a tall counter and screens, they put us in a white wall room without our dog. After waiting with no communication, we left - we had a bad gut feeling. So went to another Emergency Vet, where our dog was seen right away, Xray provided within 20 minutes and surgery done right after. So glad we left this clinic and went to another place. Shantell and David were amazing and took Nelly in immediately and were so very helpful and took care of my dog like she was there own. Great hospital.
Took my sweet old lady in for a pancreatitis flare up. The staff was so kind and helpful. Super clean waiting room and doctors rooms.
Had a horrible experience with David,very rude and has a bad attitude,Whitney was wonderful,David should learn from her to be compassionate and have a little sympathy for the people who bring their sick pets to this place,he apologized but the damage was already done,also if you go expect a high bill,very expensive
