If you have an English bulldog, this is not the vet for you. If your dog has severe ear infections from allergies this is not the vet for you. We tragically made the realization after more than 5k in payments with no changes in our dog’s health. It is now we realized how sour this vet truly Is. They do not answer the phone, unable to get in contact with them to book.
Called twice, left message and phone number both times, no response. Going on day 3. Sent email with phone number, no response, going on day 2. Very disappointing.
My bulldog was having horrible skin, ear, and eye issues and the regular vet said he was going to have to have surgery on his eyes and ears if it didn’t improve. We were able to get in quickly and after a few months he has improved tenfold and no longer needs surgical intervention. Thank you so much for your help!
I’ve been pretty disappointed with my care at animal dermatology south. I took my little dachshund there due to skin dermatitis issues. They recommended immunotherapy injections, which I agreed to. They sent me home with a bunch of syringes, but didn’t even show me or teach me how to give the injections. If I didn’t have any medical background, then I would have absolutely no idea what I was doing.
