Filthy office. Smelled like urine. Was not warned meds could make my pup have diarrhea and bloody stool. Told them we wet his food and needs to be soft or he won’t eat it. Spent a fortune on food hard as rocks. Tried to wet and an hour later no change. Ugh!
Dr. Canfield was amazing with my dog. He was kind, gentle, and did an excellent job with the cryosurgery. He made the whole experience stress-free and clearly cares about his patients. My dog Ollie loved him, and the staff was all so kind. I’m very grateful for his care and highly recommend this Veterinary office.
Dr. and staff are wonderful! For how much better my dog is looking and feeling, it is well worth the drive.
First, I would like to say that I am happy to see so many positive reviews or experiences from this establishment, however that has not been my experience. After the bacteria check for my pup's skin issues, it was determined she has "an allergy", and to use X, Y or Z shampoos for the next 6 weeks and let's have a follow up. After bathing every 2-3 days with one expensive shampoo, then changing to another after 2 weeks of no improvement and just getting inflamed again, I tried calling to ask for advice. First issue.
