Very caring and professional!
I saw Dr. Mundell yesterday because our foster dog has an ongoing paw infection (coupled with other ear, eye, and skin issues) we've been unable to clear up. The office had a calm and quiet atmosphere putting my pup more at ease than your typical vet clinic. There were no other dogs there while we were being seen. Dr. Mundell came in and spent a lot of time engaging with us about my dog's background, behavior, temperament, and cross-referencing with his medical history, diagnoses, and medications prescribed.
