Dr Joni was very kind and knowledgeable about the skin issues our dog was suffering from. She answered all our questions and we have a treatment plan that we understand and agree with. It feels great to know what the issue is and how to fix it.
Sad story - I have a cat suffering from skin problems and was referred here... After leaving spending OVER $700 - exam, cytology, and NEW MEDICATION - no one ever followed up to check on my cat. Over a week later, I call in because I am not seeing improvements just a decline. Sadly, nobody is there to help me now as the DVM only works a couple days of the week. I hope this helps to set expectations when deciding to come here or another animal dermatology clinic. I would have set my lower to soften the letdown.
I’m so glad I came here! Dr. Jani was thorough and gave us a lot of time to answer questions. You could tell they really love what they do and care about your pet. Dr. Jani knew right away what the bumps were on my French bulldog. She was knowledgeable and so very helpful. Thank you!!
Amazing experience!! The clinic is very nice and the staff was kind and welcoming. Dr. Jani was knowledgeable and thorough, laying out all of my options and what would be best for my dog. 10/10, 5 stars!
