The medicine that was prescribed made my dog sick (cyclavance) and he tried another medication for yeast and with the side effects still did not improve his allergies over a 1 year period. Be sure to check long term side effects.
Dr. Jackson and her staff (Sam, Erika and Mary Lise)were all terrific! My noodle had a terrible looking boil or cyst that ulcerated and got infected. I called them after being referred there by UC Davis emergency vet veterinary Hospital. Dr. Jackson went to UC Davis and is a graduate. They got me in sooner because of the cancellation, which was great! Dr. Jackson removed the cyst, and is sending it to the lab for testing. My poor dog has been suffering for months on end but we finally got some relief. This office was great and the doctor was so helpful. He’s still healing, but he’s on the road to recovery.
I visited Dr. Nagle twice with my Japanese chin. He had a persistent yeast/bacterial infection that Dr. Nagle tried treating with two different meds, neither of which led to lasting resolution. Exhorbitant ($150) price for a recheck that had $70 added to it merely to re-scrape and analyze under a microscope for what yeast/bacterial strain it was (the same as two weeks ago).
