Dr. Thomas and his staff are truly caring people. My 13 year old dog has had an ear infection and has been receiving treatment by her regular vet since October. Right ear cleared up but not the left. Dr. Thomas saw her today and she is having a procedure done in 2 days. Imagine my surprise when during conversation it turned out that he and my previous vet, Dr. Mary Kaye Campbell in Port Royal (who I loved), went to vet school together. I knew right then I could trust him with my girl.
After months of attempting to treat or at least maintain our dog’s allergies, this practice has greatly disappointed us after almost $2k in services!!!!! We tried several different treatment plans over the course of a few months, making the initial problem better but creating more problems for us, ending with Dr. Lewis instructing us to follow up with our primary vet if things do not improve. The service here is incredible. You do not feel rushed for your appointment, they answer all your questions, and make sure you feel comfortable with all the information provided. Every person I interacted with during our visit was amazing. Definitely recommend bringing your furry pets here!
