My experiences have been disappointing and similar to others that have posted. My vet recommended since there are limited vet derm doctors in the area. They claimed that my vet sent my email address typed over wrong which is why I didn't receive communications. You cannot speak to anyone by phone, only by email. Dr. Daigle is great. They charge you over $50 for syringes and if you want to ship the allergy serum. If you don’t want to pay that much, you can only pick up allergy serum between 9am-4pm, so you’ll have to miss work. This doesn’t work for single people.You have to make separate trips to Round Rock because they don’t give you enough allergy serum to last 6 months until your next appointment. Stay away from this place. It took forever to get an appointment, I finally had an appointment scheduled and gave them my $100 deposit. I arrive 15 minutes early and they have no record of my appointment. They forgot to enter it. So, I took three hours off work, drove 34 miles round trip and they tell me, we might be able to squeeze you in later today. What am I supposed to do for hours? Sheer incompetence and an unprofessional attitude, like somehow it was my fault they forgot to enter my appointment.
