Dr. Daegle and her staff have helped me with both of my Shih Tzus and their allergies. They are both so much better. Friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.
My experiences have been disappointing and similar to others that have posted. My vet recommended since there are limited vet derm doctors in the area. They claimed that my vet sent my email address typed over wrong which is why I didn't receive communications. You cannot speak to anyone by phone, only by email. Dr. Erin Corb is amazing. She correctly diagnosed our cat’s skin problems despite the confusing symptoms. She offered advice and follow-up by email. Thank you!
Dr. Daigle is great. They charge you over $50 for syringes and if you want to ship the allergy serum. If you don’t want to pay that much, you can only pick up allergy serum between 9am-4pm, so you’ll have to miss work. This doesn’t work for single people.You have to make separate trips to Round Rock because they don’t give you enough allergy serum to last 6 months until your next appointment.
