Beyond aggravated with the inability to just get in to see them. Booked in December for a January appt which was the soonest availability. All good, they’re only available once a week in Palm desert, I get it. Then they call the day of and say they’re having power outages and they’re pushing me to MARCH 10TH. Ok…surely there was another solution…but then they call today and say they’ll probably have to push me to April. Started out good and then went completely bad. The jury is out on the quality of the veterinary care, but we’ve had nothing but delays and problems with the office staff that are headquartered in Ontario. The Palm Desert office is only open on Mondays. There’s been nothing but delays disorganization and mishaps with the Ontario office regarding getting medication’s, instructions, etc. We should have stayed with VCA. We absolutely love Dr. Frazer and staff. They have helped Dyna with all her skin issues and food allergies!
I have had a really good experience thus far with Dr Frazer and her team at Animal Dermatology. She's been very accommodating, and gotten me in for appointments, often without much notice. The staff has been kind and easy to reach, and they've done a great job treating my dog who has difficult skin issues. They recently removed a worrisome bump. He's a senior, so I was very anxious about putting him through a procedure, but everything went smoothly. I am very appreciative of the care we've received!
