I was surprised to see a one-star review because my experience with Dr. Griffin has been the opposite. He may be a bit quirky, but he’s incredibly knowledgeable and experienced. In the two years I’ve worked with him, everything has been educational. He really emphasizes the importance of at-home care, which I think some people may not appreciate, but it makes all the difference. I am looking forward to starting my dog on a treatment plan that will help long term instead of just masking the issue. Both Dr Keating and vet assistant were super kind and patient with my timid giant dog. What I appreciated most is the thorough explanation of different treatment plans for numerous allergy symptoms.
I have been blown away with how much everyone at ADC cares about both Maddie & myself. From welcoming smiles and quick check-ins to thorough checks and explanations, every visit leaves me feeling confident in Maddie's care. Dr. Keating is a gem. She is so knowledgeable, but also makes sure that she explains things in an approachable way so that I have a solid understanding of the what and why. Dr Griffin was very thorough explaining my dogs issue and what he will do to help resolve it. Very kind staff and all were a pleasure to work with.
Refused to help me get food for my dog because it was 11 months since the last visit and they said it expires at 12 months. I paid almost 1,000 for an allergy panel test and this is how they treat me. Buyer beware they do not care about animals only money
