Dr. Peck and her team are a credit to animal care. Our elder Havanese was in their care for five years before her passing in April. When we rescued her she had a horrid, body-wide skin infection, aggressive allergies - the works. Her transformation over the first year was truly remarkable, and it was apparent that she experienced physical relief from what were previously chronic conditions (neglected by previous owner). My dog had a really bad allergy and my vet referred them and they evaluated him and got him on the right meds and he looks great and is doing really well. Awesome staff front and back!
BEWARE! The receptionist, Vanessa, is so rude - it makes it extremely difficult to want business with this location. She laughs at our questions and gives snarky answers. Really poor communication, medication is never filled on time, the long term health of my pet isn't the end goal with this company.
I’ve been coming for years with a serious issue with my dog, a mass on his anus. Dr. Bloomer, Peck, and Vargo are all outstanding. The real reason this place is amazing and iconic is for Jen at the front desk. She is so kind and personable, I really appreciate her and the rest of the techs/staff for their help. Thank you
