should be no star...I put a lot of effort, time, coordinating my dog's pre-op bloodwork, chasing down someone to call me back to make an appt., after the results of the bloodwork came in, there was a problem with it...tried contacting Startup through every means possible, never had anyone respond to me, so all the cost of the bloodwork, time/effort...gone up in smoke and my dog has to suffer to this office's lack of professionalism....get onboard Startup...you do need to communicate to your clients!
