I took my cat Charlie here. The staff here is exceptionally caring and great in all they do. They kept me informed during the surgery . I will always be so grateful to this staff.for taking care of my baby.
Where do I begin? Dr. Mendoza is simply the best. She did an amazing job on my Boxer, Zoey. She took her time and throughly went through her whole mouth and addressed every concern. My dog had to have two major surgeries. My dog had so many complications not due to lack of care but by the grace of god. I wish there was a Dr. Mendoza in my area. I've had dozens of dentals done for my many dogs over the past 25 years. Dr. Mendoza is fantastic and I would recommend her highly. Her staff is exceptional too. Their communication and documentation process is second to none - I was extremely impressed by how they kept me fully informed during the dental procedure. It was incredible. Note that they don't have CBCT imagining but do have X-ray imaging. We had an amazing experience there.
The staff and Dr. Mendoza were all fantastic. They are so nice and helpful. I felt comfortable leaving my cat with them and I’d recommend them to anyone. They even texted me a day after his procedure to help me with any concerns I have.
I have never been to a pet dentist before, and I could not have imagined a better experience. Dr. Mendoza's whole staff was incredibly friendly, and the doctor herself spent about 20 minutes discussing at home dental techniques. The staff is great about keeping you up to date with progress on a dedicated procedure cell phone. I felt that this team genuinely cares about the pets they care for.
