The staff and Dr. Mendoza were all fantastic. They are so nice and helpful. I felt comfortable leaving my cat with them and I’d recommend them to anyone. They even texted me a day after his procedure to help me with any concerns I have.
I have never been to a pet dentist before, and I could not have imagined a better experience. Dr. Mendoza's whole staff was incredibly friendly, and the doctor herself spent about 20 minutes discussing at home dental techniques. The staff is great about keeping you up to date with progress on a dedicated procedure cell phone. I felt that this team genuinely cares about the pets they care for. Dr Mendoza and her whole staff was great! We took our 6yo Bernese Mountain Dog in for a regular cleaning and to have an overgrowth & Premolar extracted because the growth came back after removing previously. She also did a full radiograph on his mouth and found one of his upper Canine teeth had a dead root and suggested a root canal versus a extraction because it is more invasive at this point to extract. My cat Gloria needed all of her teeth removed, which is, of course, stressful for both of us. They were super accommodating and supported us both during and after treatment. This was obviously expensive, but they definitely didn’t nickel and dime us- they gave us plenty of post-op things for free that I’d usually expect to be charged for. Every staff member I met was lovely and caring!
