RecommendedOur dogs have always loved going to the Animal Den! The staff is loving and attentive and our dogs and all of their needs have always been well cared for. We have been bringing our dogs (now just the one as one died earlier this year) to the Den for about 10 years. The additions of the Doggy Day Care and swim center and the boarding pool have all been such incredible upgrades to an already amazing facility. Went for a private swim party and was greeted by a very rude Manager, Deidra. I understand it says you must be 18 but nowhere does it says children are not allowed at all even with an adult. Wish their terms and conditions were more clear, especially since I drove 50 minutes to even get there! It was the tone of her voice and how she came across saying it. She could have handled it a lot different.
My dog starts whining when we're within a block of Animal Den and then I'm dragged to the door. She can't wait to leave me! The staff is exceptional and so caring. Now that we have another dog we can't wait to have him love it too. I would recommend it to anyone.
Pool was clean. Most of the dogs were friendly. Our Border Collie had a great time!!!
