Very unprofessional! As a single mother I called him for help. I guess I was asking too many questions because he rudely said when I was done talking he could talk. Then I asked about the safety of my children with these rodents and he snidely said "Ok then" and hung up on me. I was in utter disbelief. A woman w kids calls asking for help and info wanting to pay you and you are rude and arrogant? Don't bother calling this guy.
