RecommendedMy dog Chloe has a lot of health issues and I have been taking her to get accupunture and am amazed by the improvement in her. Everyone there had gone above and beyond helping her and are truly compassionate.
I had been taking my dogs and cats here for 25 years. I’m not sure when the business was sold to a Corporation , but it has been. The front staff is great and the groomers are great too! My issue was initially they began to require a bordatella shot every 6 months . I took my dogs every 6 weeks to be groomed for at least 11 years. In the beginning my bill was always $90.00 . Josh was amazing. My puppy Mia didn’t look or seem traumatized at all after being spayed. I didn’t expect to need to call the next day but I did and Josh was very informative and made me feel so much better about my concerns.
I don’t have words to express my gratitude and heartfelt love for the TAC H’ville doctors and staff. Yesterday, my 2yr Yorkie began to show sign that she had ingested a form of poison. Quickly becoming unresponsive I rushed her over in tears. The Doctor came in as quickly as I had and began treatments and tests. As we worked through the unknown- the empathy and kindness was as much for me as my baby. I have been taking all of my "kids" to these wonderful folks now for nearly 40 years! I have done rescue and they have been my saviors many times! Started out with Dr. Shannon and Kim when we first moved to town. Love the entire staff!
Dr. was overly blunt about the dogs problem. It was take this and go. I went to my old clinic in franklin Ky. they agreed the eye was dry but added another medication which seemed to help a lot. Good customer relationship and caring about the customers animal concerns. you didn't do that. The Dr. didn't deserve what she was paid from the visit. the visit was cold and careless. the care that was given at Dr. crockers was of concern and care. they even asked a opthomoligest for a consult. these folks went further and offered a... read more
We love Dr. Lewis (our pets do too). We had concerns about neutering and she was very helpful and gave us research facts instead of opinions. We were able to come up with a plan for our dog and feel good about it. She is also patient with our male Aussie who is super energetic. Her technician is great and super friendly. We travel over thirty minutes to see these people! Worth the drive.
