Great Care!! Took my Golden in to see them for an infected hot spot as they were highly recommended by a friend and I have been looking for a new vet. I am so happy with the care that he received. Very caring and compassionate, friendly doctor and his wife and very thorough in his exam and explaining everything to me. Their prices were much more reasonable than my previous vet. I have transferred both my pets to receive care from them now on. I highly recommend them!!
lots of zotz We love Dr. Roberts and his wife. They are what I would call "old time vets". They are both compassionate and knowledgable but with a real sense of reality. I always feel like I have stepped back in time and are dealing with people who are here to help my animals and me, not to make money or process my animal through the system. It is a small office where I feel I am the only owner there and all the attention is about my animal. I love this practice and highly recommend "doc" to anyone.
cats well i moved to pembroke in 2004 and a friend recommended i take my 5 cats to dr.roberts one of them had been really sick for a long time with an uti she was in the office for maybe 5 minute and he new exactly what was wrong and he gave me medicin for her and she has been better ever since i will not take any of my cats to anyone else..
love them! well lets see! i had a 13 yr old shep/mix named Ted and let me tell you how Dr and Mrs Roberts were with us! They were great ! they saw Ted his whole life! there wasnt anything that they didnt do for us! sent med, saw us in emegencies and called me back even when he wasnt in the office! they are the best people in the world! my only regret was not taking him there when he had a stroke! i cant thank them enough for taking care of us in all those yrs! Animal Clinic-On-Wheels is great! My dog has been seeing Dr Roberts for a few years now, and we have had nothing but great service. The services are affordable and they are always courteous to us. No sure why someone has complained about their dog being muzzled - my 100lb dog is never muzzled unless her nails are being clipped (and I would muzzle her too for that procedure!)
Just a checkup Horrible service, They were rude and just cold people. I have a little dog and they handle him ruff and put a muzzle on him, which no other place has done!!!! Very disappointing.!! It is not a place I would bring any animal.
Took my bulldog in for castration English Bulldogs are known for bad experiences under anesthetic and the Doctor put my worries to rest. He did a great job and the dog was up and excited to see me when I picked him up that afternoon. Great experience, and $200 cheaper than Marshfield animal hospital. I'll be taking my dog here from now on.
Professional Compassionate Advocates for Animals Ken and Linda Roberts have been my vets through 4 cats over about 25 years. Recently, I had to put down my 15 year old female cat who was in renal failure. I had Dr. Roberts come out to my house and if you could say that there was beauty in such an event, it was in that my Nizzy passed, peacefully unafraid, in the house where she lived her entire life. Animal Clinic On Wheels Dr. & Mrs. Roberts are outstanding people! The sincere love & concern they have for animals is a hidden quality, more vets should take a lesson on how to treat animals and people. My dog SaraJean died of cancer right after she came onto my bed and gave me hugs & kisses as she did every morning, then she went beside on side of the bed and died. Dr. Roberts came out and got my little girl and Mrs. Roberts gave me warm hugs and cried as well as I was. I will continue to recommend Animal Clinic on Wheels
