RecommendedThe staff is amazing. Dr. Matt Scmidt is well versed on addisons disease, which is a rare disease in animals. We were lucky enough to have found a doctor that properly diagnosed my baby immediately and saved her life. We are forever indebted to the wonderful people there.
Dr. Schmidt and staff were AMAZING.!! Went in for an xray, and received diagnosis, education, a plan of action, and options. Dr. took time with us and had compassionate bedside manner. Highly recommend!
The animal clinic of spokane has always been my family's vet clinic (20+ years) They have always treated us kindly and fairly. I didn't really appreciate how amazing they were until my baby got bloat. He was literally dying as we raced across town to get him there. They had us in a room instantly when we staggered in carrying all 75lbs pounds of him! Dr Luther took only a few moments to diagnose and they dropped everything to get him back into surgery. I have to give it only half rating. The doctors are wonderful and ive taken many pets there for years but do to one horrible receptionist that is the first experience to the clinic i will no longer set foot there. Rude and so mean i could no longer deal with her. The other front end person however was amazing and always helpful. Sad to go but no longer want to be treated with little respect. One person can ruin everything.
Just took my precious 21 year old cat here. He had a stroke and a blood clot to him hind legs, so they needed to put him to sleep. They were extremely compassionate and made this horrible experience a little less painful. They made me feel like I made the right decision - thank you!
