Wonderful staff, they have taken great care for my senior dogs. They are very informative and handle both the human emotional ups and downs with TLC to the loved pet.
I trust Dr Churan and her staff completely. She has so much experience and doesn't order a million expensive tests or procedures. She listens to what you have to say and explains everything really well. She is the only vet my family uses since I was a little kid ( other than if she had to refer to a specialist) Dr Churan and her staff make the "end" as bearable as possible. They are all very compassionate and you can tell they truly love animals. They are all awesome!!
Everyone is always friendly & helpful. We've been taking our cats & dogs there for over 15 years.
I live in Iowa but dog train nearby. Dr. Churan came highly recommended for ear taping on my GSD puppy. Very economical. I'm very happy with everyone.
We make the hour-long drive from the northern suburbs of Chicago to Elgin so Jean can care for our dogs. She is MORE than worth the trip and has been for more than fifteen years!!
