Brought in my 13 year old dog had a ER appointment and was seen by Dr. Smalley, who had the most insensitive, inappropriate, and just beyond cruel & distinguished manner team. Instead of containing the comments to themselves; i was able to over heard them making throw up sounds making comments about my dogs wound odor. The Animal Technicians and the Doctors are so experienced and friendly with you and your animals here! My cat has a heart condition and I am so lucky to know a place like this near me that will trim my cats nails without a hesitation, since bringing my cat to a regular groomer might flare her condition up.
