Ugh. TINA MERRITT at ANIMAL CLINIC OF LADY LAKE is curbside pickup. Made appointment 3 weeks ago-no mention of this. Confirmation of appointment voicemail the day before- no mention of this. When I arrived, after borrowing a cell phone to call to let them know I was there, when I brought up the curbside issue I was told i could reschedule. What? For when? The end of the pandemic? been going there for 20 yrs with all my pets and they have always treated them with so much care. when my dog passed away they sent a lovely card where they all signed it and wrote messages...really nice.
After having a terrible experience at a vet in Leesburg I decided to bring my puppy Zola here. I can not say enough good things 😭 the vet and all other staff members were very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with all of my questions. I found my new forever vet ❤️
Great staff & great veterinarian
Great with my dog! He isn't fond of strangers, but they got his tail to wag and were able to get him to take treats after his checkup! I will make this my permanent vet for sure. 😊😊👍
The vet and staff were great with Marley and Scarlett. They didnt let me down with Maggie. She was treated with care and love!
