Extremely poor. I wouldn't even give them a star. It took 5 hours for them bathe my dogs. They charged me for the full service even though my dogs were still wet and unbrushed when I picked them up. One developed a rash from the harsh chemical shampoo that was overly perfumed. I returned the next day hoping they would attempt to right this wrong, instead I was threatened by the management and asked to leave and never come back. Dr McDaniel is great she is caring and very professional love her to the limit
Dr. Betty McDaniel is the best. All of our dogs are/ were her patients. Very knowledgeable, nice, kind, & gentle veterinarian. The groomer did an excellent work on Callie today. Definitely recommend this facility & staff. They are great!!
