Every job requires some sense of humanity and care and we did not receive this here. I have never seen such unprofessionalism in a job where your main goal is to provide the best care and advice you can give to your client. Our dog was denied proper care by Doctor Keri. She was diagnosed with Lyme Disease; the vet did not prescribe her medication until we nearly demanded it. You killed my dog! Sadly we felt how you were handling the situation was wrong but we were trusting your decision. Even your own employees knew you did us wrong! How sad is that. By the time we took her to a new vet it was to late. He was clear as to what should have been done definitely and its what we felt all along how it should of been handled. I brought my dog, Ziggy, in to get his nails trimmed today. He absolutely hates getting this done and he was so scared and nervous coming in to the clinic. It usually takes myself and a vet tech holding him down, with another doing the nail clipping, while Ziggy is crying, jerking his feet, even having accidents on the exam table—horrible for him and me! I just want to say how amazing everyone is at the clinic. We have used them for all of our pets. Today I had to rush my dog in bc he was very sick. They squeezed him in with no problem at all. Figured out what was wrong and treated him right away. I am forever grateful for all the hard work they have done with each of our dogs. I highly recommend them to anyone who has pets.
Dr Shari and the tech Kara are amazing. They have shown my Reagan such kindness and have been so patient with her. I was putting off bringing Reagan to the vet for her ear because she is a nervous and I knew it would be tramatic for her to get treatment. Dr Shari let me know about this fear free approach and it was exactly what Reagan needed, today was her 3rd follow up and she did amazing!
