The day before Thanksgiving I tried to get an appointment for my little Rat Terrier Mia. I’m from out of town visiting. I was told they’re not accepting any new patients. I’ve never seen a clinic of any kind refuse a patient. In my opinion the word clinic needs to be dropped. All should be welcome in a time of need. Not refused. Maybe one day these people will walk into a clinic and told sorry, we won’t treat you ?? At best this is a veterinary service. Walk ins and emergencies should be accepted. A true clinic function.
First time bringing my pet there.First time experience with a vet.Nobody explains anything.They take my dog and do all these things.Charge me $203.How do I know they did anything they say they were when I didn't visually see them do anything to her

I took my sweet DJ (a cat) to them in April for her two year check up, and because of the Coronavirus, I wasn’t able to meet Dr.Orr or the staff, but Dr. Orr and the staff talked to me about DJ and they were so friendly! Dr. Orr and I spoke at length about DJ, and I could tell she’s a very caring person she answered my questions- many of them- lol! I have switched DJ to this practice. Dr. Orr is one of the most unprofessional people I have ever met. I would never recommend her. She may be qualified to care for your pet, but she is clearly unable to deal with pet owners. I was given a price verbally for surgery on my dog, and then when I received the written estimate, it was much higher, so I called to discuss. She said she had no time to deal with people that questioned her pricing and called me a bad pet owner. If only she knew how much I LOVE all of my animals and how dedicated I am to them. took my kitten there just now for first vet visit and they were very polite and friendly. loved how nice they were definitely will be back and use for my other animals in future
