Ok so here goes a rant and hopefully it gets shared by everyone. Your pet becomes like one of your children and is treated as such in my opinion and believe in most of everyones opinion hopefully. Im going to share something that happened yesterday.... Heather's brother Rick and his daughter Ashley's pet dog Jake was diagnosed with cancer over a year ago. We have used the Animal Clinic of Butler 2 different times now, and have had exceptional experiences both times! They are so loving and caring for both of our dogs. Today’s experience was amazing. I originally had an apt for my pup for Saturday, but due to him limping worse today, they got him in. Unfortunately my pup didn’t get the best diagnosis I was hoping for, but all the staff helped him get everything he needed from shots, down to meds. This clinic is the pill pusher for animals, Never checked drug interaction nor toxicity of drugs taken altogether, poisoning my 117 pound male Rottweiler. after returning for follow up, exam, Prescribed even more severe antibiotics for a skin yeast infection, that of which do not kill yeast, but promote it. My Rotty is in worse shape now then before in took him to this vet. I got his records and got out never to go back. This vet may be good for a cold or hang nail, but not for prescribing drugs.....Has no clue
Dr. Pennington and her staff are wonderful!!! My goldendoodle was admitted on sat with pancreatitis. She took wonderful care of our baby and was able to come home Today. Dr. Pennington loves our animals as if they are her own. I highly recommended her! Thank you again !!!!! The Suppa family
Very professional, the staff were welcoming, informative and to the point. We were in and out in a half hour.
I had to make an appointment due to issues with our Great Dane. Every vet we’ve been to with our other dogs has been a bad experience and would get conned into something. We always ended up frustrated with anywhere from a $300-600 bill. I cannot day enough about my visit today. I did not walk away feeling discouraged or frustrated and the bill was very reasonable. No unnecessary tests were performed. Quick visit. Friendly staff. If you’re looking for a vet, this is a great place.
