Dr. Strickland and team have cared for my dog Ember for over 13 years and my cat Maddie for about the same amount of time- and have always been terrific, supportive and given the best care to them. I do recommend them highly.
I have been bringing my dogs to Animal Clinic of Brooklin for over three years, and I have consistently had excellent experiences. With several dogs, we've had our fair share of both routine and urgent visits, and the team has always been accommodating and compassionate. My cat got his shots here and probably 3 annual check-ups, but cost-wise, it is restrictive. I have since discovered that there’s a few good vets in the area that offer a more competitive pricing. I’ve been quoted close to $3k for dental surgery and I asked if there was some type of payment plan that they offer. It’s ok if they dont offer it, I understand. It’s just that they completely ignored the question, and didn’t even acknowledge it. Overall, my experience with them is just average.
Came here because my dog was attacked by another dog and had a scratch in her mouth. I told the vet this and she said and I quote “who is the vet here and who isn’t, who went to school to be a vet and who didn’t?” Then told me it was allergies. 2 weeks later my dogs kidneys failed from the infection and they did nothing. Not even a sorry. The worst vet I have ever been to and they made me lose my best friend Awna. They should be sued
