Crappy experience I made an appointment, specified what shots I needed and the receptionist stated that I wouldn't need to see a vet, the tech could just do the shots. I sat around for thirty minutes, listened to the receptionist that I spoke with make numerous mistakes and she really had no idea what was going on. After my thirty minute wait, a tech came up and told me that "They're sorry, they don't know who I spoke with but I would need to see a vet and the price would be increased by thirty-nine dollars." Excellent, individualized care I rehab wildlife and work with several vets in the area, and have found this place to be an undiscovered treasure, out of the way just enough so that the wait is not long and the lobby uncrowded. A few happy well-fed cats have free roam, which I find calming. The staff has been very cordial and helpful, and the vet and techs have all shown concern and extreme caring for my animals. I highly recommend this practice, and I use them as my primary source for vet care.
RecommendedThe staff of ACOB is caring, professional and knowledgeable . The veterinarians -Dr. Jackson, Dr. DeShields and Dr. Scott are excellent diagnosticians. I have been taking my pets here for the past 23 years and will continue to do so!
I used to like this vet, had an appointment at 8:40am to get my Great Dane neutered. Currently I am 7 months pregnant. I get there 10 minutes late and they refused to allow me to my appointment. Now typically I understand we should all be on time for our appointments. But TEN MINUTES. Are you kidding me?!! I Begged them please to let me have my appointment still and they absolutely refused stating the doctor ALREADY STARTED procedures for the day ..... horrible horrible customer service. As I reviewed the incident that happened at my clinic this morning, I feel the need to correct for the record what actually transpired. We have 24 hour surveillance cameras located inside and outside my office. These cameras actually recorded the entire exchange between you and my office manager. Your surgery appointment was scheduled for 8:30am. You were called at 8:50am to inform you that the surgery was going to have to be rescheduled since you were already 20 minutes late at this point. Update 9/3/2019: Sadly we had to help our Doxie of 16+ years cross the rainbow bridge. We wanted to thank Dr Deshields and Tech Jessie for their kindness and compassion, they made the process as easy and peaceful as possible. I have been taking my dogs here since they were pups and could not ask for a better place. The vets and staff are incredible!
I recently started bringing my dog here due to problems with another vet clinic. I love how they are attentive to my dog, and listen to my concerns for her. I recommend them to anyone!
