Absolutely Disgusted by the Care at Bloomfield Pointe & Animal Clinic East – Avoid at All Costs! I had an emergency with my dog, who was struggling to deliver her only puppy after pushing for over three hours. I called Animal Clinic East, explained the urgency, and was told to go to Bloomfield Pointe for an emergency C-section. I immediately drove 30 minutes, arriving at 11:30 AM—only to sit there until closing time while my dog suffered. I paid $1,200, and despite the delay and lack of urgency, my puppy did not survive. When they're open they do good service. I went there around 1 they were closed.
