Very knowledgeable and kind. Took great care of my Ferret with reasonable price, all the doctors were super kind and helpful.
I found this clinics and couldn't be happier with the care my animals get. Never am I pressured into treatment or made to feel I'm not doing the best for them and they work with my budget. they even have programs that you make payments to have your animal fixed and see that they get the shots they need. I like the post cards to remind me who needs what . i even got a special I'd card for them with all their information if ever lost i have proof that they are my family. I've used this office for years. Dr. Steinbach is amazing and her staff are great. They did all they could to save the life of my old bichon baby and couldn't have been better to us or her during her final few weeks. When I call the office with any issue, they do everything they can to get us in as soon as possible. You can tell it's not just a "job" to Dr. Steinbach...she gets down on the floor and loves on the dogs every time I bring them in and tries to make them as comfortable as possible during their exams. I have always said that this clinic is the only place that i would take my fur babies too. After today I want to tell the world this is the only vet clinic to use. I have taken two of my cats and always had great care and friendly service. Today we took our 12 year old Boston to cross over the rainbow. Dr Steinbach and her staff have been amazing to us and our elderly sick cat! She’s kept our costs very reasonable and has been so kind and helpful. Highly recommend to anyone in the Joplin area!
It was our first time with our new dog we adopted. They were all very nice! I think the person behind the counter could be a tad more friendly. But other than that we will be going back.
After having very poor experience with our previous vet and loosing our pet. We were very anxious to try a new vet for our other fur babies. THANK GOODNESS we found her! Great staff! Everyone was so friendly and loved on our dogs.
These are super super nice helpful people, they saved one of our working dogs from unnecessarily being put to sleep. and contacted us and allowed us to come save the dog. they are number one in our book.
