Been going here for years . The staff an doctor are very good.
Took my dog there to get spaded, ended up another dog there ripped her up. They put her harness on and never said it happened. I found out 3 days later when I tried to pet her she flinched I looked at her chest and she had been bitten. I took her back and they said she must have fell on some glass in my yard. For one thing she never went outside except to pee and even at that time I went with her, plus I live in Portage we don’t have glass in our yards. We have taken our pups there for many years. Good service, we were treated with courtesy and care. When one of our dogs coded in the car the doctor dropped everything and immediately went into action. We have nothing but good to say about this office.
the staff should not be so mean and rude dogs can sense that my dogs hate going there. i bring them there for 1 thing and the vet nor the other staff take care of it had to go somewhere else to get him the care he needed..

They always take great care of our dogs for over 22 years now.
No nonsense, no hand-holding, helpful in telling you what You Have to Do...is not fancy, but I don't need fancy.
I take my dog and cat to the Animal Clinic. They treat both pets extremely well. I have never had a problem, and they are very skilled, compassionate people. I would recommend them to everyone.
